About "Xhosa woman portrait"

Paintings of African tribal people in traditional dress are something I particularly enjoy. This charcoal piece of art work shows a woman of the South African Xhosa tribe. The expression on her face is to depict in a sense the pride of Mother Africa and her people in their dignity.

The beauty of God's creation is the greatest artwork of all time, with bold colors and shapes of all sorts. I see brush strokes of blue skies, green forests and mountains, from one end of the earth to the other, in cultures every where showing the artist's deligency, effort and skill, a true inspiration indeed! With every stroke of a piece of charcoal or pastel, my works illuminate a realist's view of the world. Nature, wildlife and still life all depicting the wonders of daily life and the greatness of God the Creator! Works like Women Dancing aim to show the joys the world offers, while Dark Forest reveals the destruction the world endures!

My aim is that people might find their own massage through my art of the world as a whole with its numerous daily issues. So look through, study the works and find for yourself what great wonders lie out there!
